Welcome to Santa Clara City's Alert Registration Portal.

 

This portal is for use by community members who wish to receive important alerts from Santa Clara City. Provided below are instructions on how to register for our MyConnect site and subscribe to messages and notifications.

  

Click "Sign Me Up!" to the right 

 

You will be asked to provide your first and last name, an email address, and a password for your new account. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, at least 1 capital and 1 number, and no special characters. 

 

Once you’ve completed the registration, you will receive a confirmation message to the email you’ve provided. Use the hyperlink in the email you receive to confirm your email address and log into your account. 

 

Your alert portal user credentials will be active for whenever you need to log in and update subscriptions and preferences.
